If a line in the ingredients list cannot be adjusted accurately when number of portions is changed, make it very obvious in the UI.

Plan: return per-ingredient scaling status. Yellow: no leading quantity, so it was unchanged. Red: quantity appears present but cannot be parsed or represented safely after scaling. Render an accessible marker in both mirror and phone views; add parser/status tests.
