Fixed an issue on Prisma Access Agents for Linux where the Prisma Access Agent connection profile became stuck in an "activating" state when NetworkManager was configured not to manage the tunnel interface, resulting in a tunnel connect and disconnect loop that prevented successful establishment of the tunnel.
