Fixed an issue where, when the GlobalProtect app was installed on iOS devices and configured with Always-On connect method, the devices were not automatically connected to the app through Always-On mode after device reboot and the users had to manually connect to the app.

Fixed an issue where, when the GlobalProtect app was installed on iOS devices, the users were unable to connect to the app due to Keychain Access permission issue. The app stayed in Connecting state for a long time and the users had to force stop the app.
